Does the phrase "leave school" mean "graduate from schools" or "drop out of school" to some extent?
Someone told me her English teacher said that the "leave school" represents graduate from school (with completing all the required courses); however, the explanation from wiki says: Dropping out means leaving a school, college, university or group for practical reasons, necessities, or disillusionment with the system from which the individual in question leaves. Now I am a little bit uncertain about the exact meaning of the leaving school and if possible, could you guys explain that according to your knowledge?

It can mean either. It simply means what it says: to leave school, under any set of circumstances. You can leave school by graduating, and you can leave school by dropping out.
Both of these are very natural and easily understood sentences:
1) Steve Ballmer left Harvard with a BA in Applied Mathematics and Economics, graduating magna cum laude.
2) In 1975, Bill Gates decided to leave Harvard after only two years.
