I may have to pay more attention to how some of people in the market mentioned above talk, if i have any chance.^^ I have heard someone say '보소' without 이. the same goes with the sentence "잘 좀 보고 다니소이" I have heard of "잘 좀 보고 다니소" without '이' but never with '이' in the sentence for my whole life in one of the major cities in Gyeongsang province. but things can be different even in the same province as far as dialect is concerned. i hope Jinuritay makes some sense out of all the answers above.^^

i can't figure out where in korea people use '보소이'??? I might be mistaken but i bet there is no such a word as '보소이' I guess the word Chopin might want to refer to is 보이소. or there is the word "bo syo(보쇼)" which Jirunitay might have wanted to ask in the first place. they(보이소, 보쇼) all literally mean 'look (at here)' when we call someone's attention to something or the speaker just like 'hey (there)' in english or when we make the listener to look at somthing. as Chopin said, 보이소 is the dialectal expression of 보시오. 보쇼 is the infomal rude shortened expression of 보시오.

If it is "보소이", it is a dialect of "보시오" meaning "look at"

Mmh... Some middle-aged people in where I live use 보소이 actually. I can hear of "이 보소이", "잘 좀 보고 다니소이" etc from merchants at the traditional market.
