How would you say 'foreign eyes and soul' in korean?
I am not great at sentence structure so my best guess would be 외국 눈과 종신/영혼. is that right? Is there something close in meaning that would sound more natural?

"foreign eyes and soul"
외국 눈과 영혼/정신 is the word-for-word translation, but I'm not sure this phrase has a very clear sense because "eyes" and "soul" are not something people often think of as a pair.
If you say "foreign eyes and perception", for example, it would make a lot more sense since eyes make a physical perception and "perception" includes a more abstract sense, so that the two together round out the meaning of a full perception.
So it really depends on what you are trying to say.
That is, it is very unlikely that anyone would say "foreign eyes and soul" in isolation, so the intended meaning of the complete sentence will determine the best way to translate the phrase.
Here's an example sentence to give you an idea.
- 하멜표류기는 *외국인의 시선과 감성으로* 본 한국의 모습을 기술한 최초의 여행기이다.
=> Hamel's Journey is the first travelogue offering an account of Korea as seen *through foreign eyes and perception*.

Foreigner eye means
Foreigner's sight? -> 외국인의 안목
Or just foreigner's eyes? -> 외국인의 눈
And foreigner soul -> 외국인 영혼
