Hi, Some of my international friend would translate their name into Chinese directly from the similar pronouns. (Of course, they may choose from different words which have the same pronouns) These names usually have not much meanings. For the others, they choose a word whose pronoun relating to part of their name and they create a new Chinese name by the meanings they like. I find this on wikipedia for you: https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/納拉因·卡蒂凱揚 You may refer it but it can also be written as 卡帝凱揚, 卡諦愷暘 or 卡棣鍇颺 for the same pronouns.
