The same way you include line breaks in anything:
Hit enter!

Hi. If my interpretation is correct, you are wondering if you might style your texts on Italki.
1) In "Answers" ( like this) any intervention is not possible. In the case you'de like to separate two different texts you just could add many underscores( ___ ) or hyphens( ----) or even use some useful bullets( ♦) and other symbols( ♫) that you get by holding Alt+Numberpad.
-- However, my suggestion is to be concise and essential( "russian style") in your answers, rather than "decorated".
2) When correcting a "Notebook" (or creating a Discussion) instead, you have a wide range of possibilities on the toolbar, and even many kbd-shortcuts that are noted nowhere.
-- There, a true break-line which divides the screen is [Ctrl+ Enter].
But I personally don't use neither of them because: I find it crazy to highlight letter by letter using the mouse; and even, it produces such an amount of html-code that, if the text is a bit long, it overflows the correction module -- so you have to fill one more form and call it "part-2".
Since I also have been reproached using bullets for highlighting corrections, or line-breaking to report a correction in the line below, but actually breaking the sentence flow( and producing snake-long modules), I eventually realized that if you send a correction but you want to modify it, then you see that in this "second-chance" form you can now find a button to modify the very html -- hence I developed my own system to make fast corrections by putting just two rows CSS-code in the head, and this is the result:

-- https://www.italki.com/notebook/2408320/entry/802753 (I prefer this version)
Hope this can help. Good byes
