Thanks a lot. İn Azerbayjan the 3rd one is a question. Phrase that you are talking about is "nə yaxşı Kİ bura gəldin!"

"Niyə bura gəldin?" is the simplest form of "why you are here?" even though it contain no disrespect but could be considered disrespectful (depending on the tone) if you ask it from somebody and he/she is not in mood he/she might respond in unpleasant why! exp: "none of your business" "Nə əcəb bura gəldin?" even though almost means the same thing but also shows that the person is surprised of you being there... "Nə yaxşı bura gəldin?" most of the time this question is not actually a question! it means the person asking you this is happy that you show up there... consider it the politest of the above.
