Is this phrase correct? Or, what do you say? (I mean you can't go abroud, leave the country etc.) "travel abroad ban"

The simplest phrase would be "a travel ban", though these days, because of Pres. Trump, that phrase probably makes people think of a ban on travelling into a country instead of out of a country. If you want to be clear and specific, I'd suggest: "A ban on overseas travel", "A ban on travelling abroad" or "A ban on leaving the country"
