When can 'not' come in the beginning of a sentence?

Hi itakimates! I wonder if using 'not' in this sentence can be true: 'Not always your perspective is true.' ... like we say 'Not every Persian girl is beautiful.' ... Or 'Not every city in Canada is cold' and such sentences. Thanks for your answers in advance! :)

Your use of "not" is fine, but the word order is off. The correct way to say it would be "Your perspective is not always true"

Not is usually not used at the beginning of sentences. Think of "Not every" as a set phrase.

It's ok to begin a first clause with 'Not every' or 'Not only', but in the second clause the subject and auxiliary verb must be inverted.

'...can be true?' It is a common mistake for Persian speakers to say 'true' when the correct native usage would be 'correct'. I'm guessing it is because 'sahih' can mean both, but I'm not sure :)
