Help(please) Hi, there Could you help me with two questions? 1) Would you use "the whole of" or "all of" in these sentences? Or neither? "This country has problems in the whole of/in all of the extent of its border" "The whole of/All of the country's budget was wasted" 2) Do you say "Nobody can help me now, NOT my father, NOR my mother, NOR you" or "Nobody can help me now, NEITHEE my father, NORmy mother, NOR you" Please, I really need help!

Hi! In the first example, I believe both would be correct, but "in the whole of the extent", sounds better to my ears, although it is a bit convoluted. However, I would probably say "This country has problems along the entire border". The second question: The first example is better. "Either/or", or "neither/nor" work better when there are only 2 options.
