Does "감사해요" mean anything? Does this mean "thank you" or is it an unnatural sentence?

"감사해요" is a good sentence for "Thank you". We say 감사합니다 and 고맙습니다 more often for "Thank you", as well as 고마워요 which is more casual than 고맙습니다. Although 감사해요 is used a bit less, there's nothing wrong with it and people do say it.
