In addition to the good comment above I would additionally point at 배웠어요 . Combined with 부터 it can't be in the past tense (unless you use 까지 somewhere) . Use 배워요 (as in present tense) .

저는 지난 주에부터 한국어를 배웠어요 is incorrect. 저는 지난 주부터 한국어를 배웠어요 is correct. 부터 is attached after a noun just like 까지 For example, 1시부터 5시까지 그는 처음부터 끝까지 말썽이다. 너부터 먼저 먹어라.
