您: 1. formal situations 2. To your supervisors, grandparents, the elders你: 1. Causual situations2. To peers, younger generations

“您” is the formal and polite expression of "you" while "你" is the casual one.
You can use "你" to your close friends, families or  people junior than you, but I personally suggest you to say “您” to strangers to show respects.

If you want to show your respect to someone who is older than you or superior to you in your company, just use the first one, it's more polite and more formal.
