You said that your'e good In English when it comes to writing, probably the main reason is you practice it well and apply it frequently. I guess you got to do the same thing to overcome your weak point thru speaking, read book, aticles on the internet, watch talkshow(English show/movie/news) you might want listing it on a paper and practice verbally(much better to have alteast one partner in communicating) If your'e confident with your skills in writing English well, then you'll be able to build your confidence thru speaking as well.
