Is there any difference between the words 'children, childs, kids' when asking or telling about the family?
If there is any, please give the examples of proper usе of these words.
Which is better:
Do you have children?
Do you have kids?
Do you have childs?

"Childs" is not a word, unless you mean "child's" as in "belonging to the child".
"Children" is the plural of "child", as in "We have two children"
"Kids" is the informal version of "children".
A "kid" is also a baby goat

Do you have children? This is the best question. You could also ask, "Do you have any children?"
Do you have kids? In my experience, people almost always say, "Do you have any kids?" but it seems like it would not be incorrect to ask the question without adding "any." This might be the wording to use in a more casual setting.
Do you have childs? This is not correct.
