"Tagalugin muh nlng po" should  be "Tagalugin mo nalang po" = just say it in Tagalog
"Ang  mabuti ay ikaw s araw araw...isa p mgnda k" should be "ang mabuti ay ikaw sa araw araw...isa pa maganda ka" = not sure what he/she's trying to say with the first phrase second phrase is "one more thing/furthermore, you're beautiful"

Just a tip for some filipino text message/internet slang: filipino love to remove some vowels, replace letters with other characters, etc. for example:

Nalang - nlng
Andito - anD2
Baka makita nila - bka mkta nla
Sino to? - Cno 2?
Haha - h4h4

I don't do this and I don't want to explain why people do this coz I might sound mean.
