Where to buy books in Japanese?
I was searching for an online shop, which sells ebooks in Japanese, but I could not find one which sells it to overseas. E.g.: amazon.jp (kindle store), applestore, ebookjapan, cmon etc. only sells in Japan or it is only possible to pay with Japanese bank card. Do you happen to have some experience purchasing ebooks (and also manga) in Japanese outside of Japan (if possible within Europe)?

I bought a couple of Japanese books on Amazon. Although the shipping from Japan to where I live was expensive and the waiting time was longer, it was worth it. I didn't find any other sites delivering Japanese books internationally.

I am Japanese and I did not have such a experience at all. For me it is easy to buy E-book written in English and in Japanese in Amazon so I think you can buy it by just using kindle store.

BTW, which Japanese book do you want to read?
