you know
If I want to ask a question which one of the sentences below is true?
1.you know what my brother name is?
or
2. you know what is my brother name?
If your answer is the first one please explain how we can understand that sentence is a question or a statement. Because I think if we just want to tell somebody something not ask him we say it in the same way
like: you know what my brother is.
Neither one is quite right. I would say
Do you know what my brother's name is?
Or you could ask, "Do you know my brother's name?"

As a statement it would be the first one. As a question you would need put 'Do' at the start of the sentence. This would sound more natural in the first one rather than the second.

Both are wrong.
I agree with Stuart Cook.
