"Watashi wa yasai wo kiri masu" is correct one.

This is like saying "Ich", "Schneiden", "Gemu:se". I believe that at least you can get me, and that it is the only one meaning, leaving no room for misunderstanding. And I say the same thing for the sentence, "Watashi kiru yasai ". Yes, I understand it there is no room for misunderstanding, but it is not a good Japanese.

Hi! "Watashi wa yasai wo kiri-masu" or "Watashi wa yasai ga kirai desu" are both correct expressions. We used the verb of "dislike" in the first one, and the adjective "kirai" in the second one.
