I would like to speak in English, but I don't have motivation, because I have mental disorder. What may be for start? I speak a little English. What can I read or watch?

There are plenty of wonderful tutors here on italki that can help you with your confidence and making these new friendships can help with keeping you motivated.

You find motivation within yourself. As for what you could watch, just watch any movie from America you'd normally watch in Russian, in English. For example, the new Aquaman film or something
