This is a twist on the original phrase "The song remains the same". For example, it is the title of a Led Zeppelin album from 1973 - and their 2009 album is called "The Song Remains Insane", which is where the twist comes in. I suppose it implies that their music is just as wild and crazy as it was 35 years previously. In normal conversation "the song remains the same" is an idiomatic way of saying that you can make a big noise about something, which is fundamentally not changed in purpose or direction.

I would say - it is still crazy. However, that is without the context... If it is the song OF someone it may be different... can you give more information?
