The first one should be: This colour suits you better than all the other colours. The second one should be This colour looks better on you ( not to you) Ps. - just to avoid confusion - I spell colour with -our - that's the British English version. You must decide for yourself whether you want to use British or American spelling. They are both correct but it's best to be consistent. ( Use one or the other)
