to start with, I have 0 friends in real life :") ;my mom and my lil brother hate when I use (advanced?) English around them ; my English teacher's accent isn't British "enough"? and my classmates hate me :D so I have no means of practicing my English with anyone in the real world .sad yes . even on Fb I can't seem to find any group chats for native speakers whom are willing to help people like me ◟(눈_눈)◞ choking

if anyone has any advice ,resources , or a YouTube channel recommendations that can help, please be my guest. I REALLY need to work on my British accent and pronunciation (for academic reasons) .
my writing skills are okay? I guess, but when it comes to speaking I sound like a 4 months old baby :") and my introversion isn't helping at all .

Well first you can search on Internet about the differences between American and British accent and the rules about how to pronounce the words in British English.
Then try to apply those rules while speaking. 
Watch movies, animations with British accent. 
You can also use British Council. It's a great website for learning British English. It also has many free lessons. 
But overall the key to master the pronunciation and accent is to listen to the word/sentence, imitate it and then produce it.

Teaching pronunciation is a specialty.  There are 3000 English teachers on italki.  About 700 have pronunciation classes.  About 15 have training in phonetics and phonology.
