Does this '아이그럼' mean 'like a child'? I always thought '그럼' meant 'yes' i am unsure what this means

아이 means child,.
그럼 (그러면) has two meanings: 1. Right, yes. 2. In that case, then.
So that sentence means something like: "A child then".

그럼 is used yes or then.
And 아이 is a word meaning a child
But 아이 is also one of reaction expressions.
I guess 아이 그럼 can be
#1) Of course!
#2) oh! Then blah blah ~
