there r many words dont understand like:
life up,pasted on,uptake,gleep speech authority.
Life up your smiles. Smile with your eyes. Nobody likes
an artificial, pasted-on, rubbery smile. When you smile, smile.
Show a few teeth. Maybe your teeth aren't attractive, but that's
really unimportant. For when you smile, people don't see your
teeth. They see a warm, enthusiastic personality, someone they
like.
Life up your uthank yous." A routine, automatic uthank
you" is almost like saying "gleep, gleep." It's just an expression.
It says nothing. It doesn't accomplish results. Make your "thank
you" mean uthank you very much."
Life up your talk. Dr. James F. Bender, the noted speech
authoritY. in his excellent book How to Talk Well, says, UIs your
'Good morning!' really good? Are your 'Congratulations!'
enthusiastic? Does your 'How are you?'· sound interested?
When you make a habit of coloring your words with sincere
feelings you'll notice a great uptake in your ability to hold
attention."

I have rarely if ever seen 'life up', but it is obvious to me from the context that it means 'make it more lively', or more expressive.
'pasted on' means attached with glue. It's as if the smile has been cut out of a magazine and glued onto your face.
'uptake' is a reversal of 'take up'. It usually means an improvement or retention. Here, it just means that you are more able to hold attention.
'gleep' is a meaningless word/sound. You could probably work that out from the context. They could have used any meaningless sound as an example.
'speech authority' means that he is an authority on speech, or in other words an expert on speech. 'authority' suggests more that he is someone official, that you should listen to.
Now that your English has improved, how about avoiding using the txt speech 'r', and putting spaces after your commas? It would make it much more pleasant for me to read your questions.

authority: a very respected writer on a subject is called "an authority" on that subject.
speech authority = a respected writer on how to speak.
life up = make look more alive, more energetic.
