How do I block off time I am not available. When I go to my calendar to block off time I am not available, I find it difficult to understand. I click on +Add but it isn't clear that I am blocking time I am NOT available. Please help.

Thank you for your response, Chris. That is a terrible process.

Sadly, the basic approach is to delete the day and then add back the times that you are available.
