If I even spelled those words right.... Or if they are even the right words (I learn all my japanese online)
I was just wondering, because I saw the example one time that I eat bread, would really be I bread eat, or something like that. So I was just wondering the rules on that.

I am not good at grammars, but this time I have to talk about the grammers. In Japanese, the simple sentence construction is subject, object, verb. Verb is always placed at the end of the sentence. 

"watashi e ongaku", "watashi ongaku e" they are mis-arranged, it is not "e", it is "o", and also, the first word "watashi" must follow by "wa" in any sentence. 

watashi kikimasu e ongaku 
I think you want to say I listen music, or I am listening music. 
watashi wa ongaku o kikimasu 
私は音楽を聴く., 私は音楽を聴きます 

聴く verb. listen., 聴きます listening
