This slang is not in common use in the United States. I've heard it used as a slang (unkind) nickname for girls who have a lot of sex or who dress this way. It is a play on the words "trampoline" and "tramp" (which is one slang term for the kind of girl I mentioned above). And people will usually make a pun that includes both: Ex.: "Every guy in town has had a bounce on Trampolina." Someone might say this because people bounce on a trampoline and "bounce" can also be used as a slang for having sex. They may say this about any girl, no matter what her real name is.
