We say:

- I guess this is the house belongs to some boys.
So, can I say:
- I guess this is the house of two men.
- I guess this is the house of three boys.
- I guess this is the house of some boys.

It's correct to say:
- I guess this is the house that belongs to the two men.
- I guess this is the house that belongs to the three boys.
- I guess this is the house that belongs to some boys.
Then you can say
- I guess this is the house of the two men.
- I guess this is the house of the three boys.
- I guess this is the house of some boys.
