I could give a better explanation with more context, but here’s a try: A pimp is a man who finds clients for prostitutes. To use a phrasal verb, a pimp “pimps prostitutes out.” Note that this is illegal in most of the USA, and the terms usually have negative connotations. The speaker in your sentence apparently feels that the jobs his agents are getting him are not to his liking, and that accepting such jobs is equivalent to prostitution (which has negative connotations in the USA, i.e. doing something just for the money and pretending to like it).
Edits: Edited the pronoun choice and accompanying verbs for better clarity.

A pimp is a man or sometimes woman who takes care of a prostitute. If someone is "pimped out" it means someone is being used, like a prostitute. Here, in this sentence, Holllywood is just using him to make money. He feels he is being taken advantage of in the most extreme way. Just imagine the relationship between a prostitute and a pimp. There is a mutual relationship but one person is doing the dirty work and and the pimp just gets the benefits. The pimp usually offers some sort of protection and emotional security.
