咖啡馆are coffee operations with specific themes. For example, Kopi Luwak, Maid Cafe and Korean Cafe. 咖啡厅may not need a theme, even just a matching of the hotel lobby or a matching of a western food. 咖啡店 is only one of the commodities. 咖啡店 can sell clothes, bread, stationery, etc. There are very few cafes咖啡馆 in China that do well. There are more 咖啡厅 and 咖啡店.
