why do they write " when troubles come and my heart burdened be" ?
From the song of You Raise Me Up
why do they say "my heart buredned be " in stead of "my heart be burdened" or " my heart is buredned"

You Raise Me Up l[yrics]
When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary;
When troubles come and my heart burdened be;[ has to rhyme with 'me' in line 4, sounds more poetic]
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence,
Until you come and sit awhile with me.
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up... To more than I can be.
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up... To more than I can be.
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up... To more than I can be.
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up... To more than I can be.
You raise me up... To more than I can be.

The songwriter chose "burdened be" instead of "be burdened" beacuse it fits better in the song. It rymes with on of the other lines.
It is grammatically corretct, although it is archaic. You would not speak like this in conversational english.
NOTE: Even it it were NOT grammatically correct, it would still be Ok to use it in a song. It's called "Artistic Licence" or "Poetic Licence", which allows poets and songwriters to ignore certain rules of grammar in order to make the song rhyme or to make it more interesting.
