How do British people pronounce "restaurant"?
As per Cambridge dictionary /ˈres.trɒnt/
But as per Wiki /ˈɹɛs.t(ə).ɹɒ̃/
Americans pronounce "T " sound at the end if I am not wrong.

There are variations of the pronunciation in British English the one above is fairly neutral and standard, different regions will either stress the "res" or " tau" or the "rant" part of the word. and the final "t" has different levels of added stress between speakers from different regions
number of syllables is three - res-tau-rant
restorronT is how it sounds from most speakers

I'm British and I actually pronounce it somewhere in between those two - as /ˈres.trɒ̃/
I've certainly heard both of those very often, and everything in between. I think it's one of those borrowed words that we still haven't quite got our tongues around! Perhaps it's an indicator that people seem to try to avoid saying it, often just by missing it out altogether ("shall we go down to that Italian on the high street?")

Americans seem to have rules to cover that they often do not pronounce "t".
party --> pardy
