It is basically the same. But I think neither of them feels really natural. the first one would be better as 个子高又漂亮的女生 It somehow feels better to place 个子高 in front of 漂亮 and personally I find it better using to refer to a girl. And onto the second one, I would correct it to 好看的高个儿女生 maybe 漂亮 just don't deserve to be the first adjective when it comes to people. It does feel like the first one is refering to a group of people who meet the requirements. The second one, though, can mean both one specific girl or a group of girls.

I think is like the difference between “a girl is beautiful and tall” and “a beautiful tall girl . The first one just simply describes a girl with two characters- tall and beautiful. The second one sounds more likely to focus on the group of tall girl first and then describe the other character of them.

It’s just about how you divide the sentence. There’s no difference between the two. Similar to: beautiful-and-tall girl. beautiful tall-girl.
