In this context, "I hate you" is easier."Daikirai!(大嫌い!）" or "Daikkirai!(大っ嫌い！) as Mr. zigokunokaze told above and that is a literally meaning/translation. I've heard some say "Saitei!(最低！= at the lowest ( rudest) person ）" in daily life.
The difficult one is "I love you". In my experience, I've never heard any Japanese say that phrase in everyday-life. They seem not to say that words without at some special occasions as proposal of marriage.
