- She's very old and tires easily.
= tire (verb): to become tired.
- To tire somebody: to make somebody feel very tired (or exhauseted).
- You can also use 'tire out' (phrasal verb)
= to tire yourself / somebody out: to make somebody / yourself very tired.

The verb for tired (exhausted) is "to tire" (or, "to tire out"), = make tired. Basically.
