how can one`s peformance especially when the section cheif feels that u are not quailified for the current job

prove to the section chief that he's wrong. prove that you can do it cuz new comers are not that capable and its normal but as days passedby you can improve and do a much better job. Believe in yourself and TRUST god cuz he will definitely help you. peace out. godbless
