You didn't ask about American women - but there is a difference. But Korean women physically are not as large and curvy as American women so they have the "child" form - and have to work with that - short of a lot cosmetic surgery. Now there are some harder rock bands but those women seem angry - to me anyway. This is American Beautiful (it's not cute ㅋㅋhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4m1EFMoRFvY ). It's much too sexual for Korean confucian culture of course / which has to remain some "purity" appeal in the media - - - due to the modesty factor. Every culture has it's own idea of beauty. "Cute" isn't what real men want in America. They want women - curvy, sexy, confident (not sorry, not modest, not mouth covering and not apologetic type cute)... that I see as the difference. So I don't say what Korean cute is here too much - but since American is the opposite / you can draw your own conclusions. You know what men want all over the world. Korea is no different. What women think they want changes but when lights out - it's all the same. (wink)

Yes. Korean 'girls' try to be 'cute". I see this alot in K-Pop and it's absurd (even criminal) to Americans to lust after anything that looks the slightest bit childlike. Brittany Spears did a video of grown women singing and dancing in children's school uniforms http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-u5WLJ9Yk4 and much of the public here rejected it / purely sexualizing children. Children have sex here at age 8,9,10 --- we don't need to have grown men lusting after child-looking women. This "childlike cute" in America and is close to pedophelia/pedophiliac behavior < which is taboo here in America and is criminal. Women / not girls (in America) want to be SEXY but womanly, not childlike. Big breasts, lots of rearend ---- but Koreans just don't have it to start with.
