However, in all cases you can change “conhecê-lo/a” (this depends of the gender, 'a' or 'o') by “conhecer você”.

Hi Vanessa, I'm not a native speaker but as far as I know it's simply, Olá (or less formally 'Oi'), um prazer. Which is just, Hi, a pleasure. You would use that at the start of a conversation when you are introduced to somebody.
