Junge = yoonger
If you hear "nyunga" then you are hearing "ein Junge" spoken very quickly.

There is only one way to pronounce "Junge" when thinking of "official" German (Hochdeutsch).
I would transcribe the pronounciation for an english speaker to "yoonge" where "oo" is spoken as in the english word pool and the "e" as in the english word echo. (though it is spoken a litte longer in length than in echo)
But be aware, the German language knows many dialects, which can be regarded in a linguistic sense as even independent languages. Grammer and pronounciation of a german dialect may be very diffrent in regard to Hochdeutsch
Many Germans speak in everyday speech a mixture of "Hochdeutsch" and their original dialect. This may often lead to strange experiences for non german speakers.
In fact, you can often determine the region of birth/childhood of a german speaker by listening to him/her a while, even when he/she speaks Hochdeutsch. There are unique sounds and expressions which you normally can not hide.

check http://dict.leo.org/ende?lp=ende&p=CqhggsWkAA&search=Junge&trestr=0x8001
and click on the icons for information and sound on the right: the new dialogue-box which opens includes a soundfile
