I'd never heard of "moofy" before, and "doofy" I would guess means dumb (as in dufus). Goofy - stupid in a comical way - is of course well known. The problem is, just because a word "has a definition" (and people seem keen to make up any definition) it is no guarantee that the word is even commonly known.
