first you have to improve your listening and reading skills ( so you can understand what others are saying and by reading you can learn many phrases that you can use in your conversation and know Arabic sentences structure and practices it well . also , learning new words are essential :) after that you should practice your speaking skill with a native speaker you can also record your voice to define your mistakes Good luck ^_^
