As the Chinese New Year's vacation finished, a lot of people have been traveling back home but a force 12 gale has changed everything. In the northwest of China, some people suffered from a strong wind which could even blow away their windshields on the high way. Later, the high way was closed and people were placed in the nearest towns. Most of them just believed that everything would go well on their way so none of them prepared any gear suited for extreme weather. The kids and elders couldn't bear/suffer the cold. This kind of predicament makes us realize that extreme weathers can happen anywhere and at all time. A poor decision making may lead to regrettable outcomes while facing extreme weathers. If these people who were trapped on the high way had prepared enough food, water and clothes, it would have been easy to solve the problems due to the extreme weather rather than just calling for help from their cars. Fortunately, the government has rescued them and placed them in safe places where they were offered warm water and tasty food!
