The best way I guess, is to write them in a small note book that you take it with you wherever you go, then try to practice them regularly

You can try using word games that make sense to you - rhymes, mnemonics. You can try associating the words with images, if you are more of a visual learner. You can also associate them with words in other languages you know! The more logic and order you can add to your learning process, the better! :)
