I achieved over 6,000 steps today!! Great!! Well done👏👏 This weekend I visited my parents' home and had a wonderful time with them. We ate "Sukiyaki" with great beef in it.đŸ„©đŸ„© I asked my mom to cook it because I haven't eaten enough vegetables lately, and I wanted to make up for malnutrition. I forgot to take a pictuređŸ˜„đŸ˜„ Every time I visit my parents' home, I can't stop eating because everything my mom cook for me is amazing. At first I felt guilty not be able to stop eating, but I don't want to try to lose weights anymore, since I realized weights is just a number. The more important thing is to stay healthy both mentally and physically. When I go on a diet, I tend to put too much pressure on myself and feel unnecessarily very stressed. I decided not to care about weight itself too much, and focus on staying fit. That's why I've tried to walk moderately everyday, aiming to improve my mental health!
