I want a product that make it possible for us to stand an umbrella everywhere!! In a rainy day, we must grip our umarella indoors even though it's not necessary. If we could stand an umbrella when we stop, rainy day would be more comfortable.

I want a product that makes it possible for us to stand an umbrella up anywhere!! In a rainy day, we must carry our umbrella indoors even though it's not necessary. If we could stand our umbrella up whenever we need to stop, rainy days would be more comfortable.
When I was in Vancouver (it's a very rainy town) I was using a small compact umbrella equipped with a strap, that was rather convenient.
