I’ve been trying to buy a car for a long time but I couldn’t because my budget is not high enough, that’s why I didn’t choose the car I like most. So if I have some extra money I’ll definitely buy a good car.

I’ve been desiring(/saving money) to buy a car for long time but I couldn’t achieve(/make) it because the/my budget(/income/salary) is not enough. That’s why I don’t (want to) choose the car which I like the most. So definitely if I have enough money, I’ll buy a good car .
