It’s cause a problem that old buildings and modern buildings collide. People have different views about whether or not old buildings should be demolished to make way for progress. The old building is a large problem for some city which has densely popular. Some people maintain old buildings should be demolished to make room for high-rise buildings. Due to it is unsafe that seems on the verge of collapse. And sometime, this kind of building spoils the appearance of cities. In the human nature, people want to government build modern building certainly. However, on the other hand, many old building have their exclusive value. Just like some buildings have their historical significance. May be some celebrity used live inside this housing. It is house should be preserve for commemorate famous. Furthermore, the ethnic architecture or high artistic value play an enormous role of some old building that is a large amount of treasure for artist who is appreciates it. This significant value represents a city’s culture, and citizen will proud they possess the valuable building. In same time, government can open it for tourist to obtain cost of care and maintenance. This means can keep government capital either preserved old building. In summary, attended with the development of city, some old buildings which are cumbersome for a city should be demolish, while others, some building have the special value should be presented.
