In light of the flooding situation in central Vietnam , local authorities and charities all over the country donated food,used clothes, money and distributed charity rice to help flood-victims.
I feel so proud of Vietnamese ‘s solidarity during this period of time. Especiall , Banh Chung (sticky rice steamed with mung beans and pork) only made on Tet holidays was wrapped by Southern and Northern Vietnamese to distribute to inhabitants in central areas where they were severely damaged by floods and landslides. Through difficult times, we can feel warm hearts. Anyways, I really admire Thuy Tien , a famous Vietnamese singer who has dared to expose herself to dangers for victims. When the level of raging torrents rises high. She still ignored all difficulties and tried to approach the inhabitants to help them.She is a great example of compassion and I really appreciate her good heart. All Vietnamese are grateful to her. I hope one day I can have enough motivation to do like her.
