I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. I like to read, I like to write; I like to think, I like to dream; I like to talk, I like to listen. I like to see the sunrise in the morning, I like to see the moonlight at night; I like to feel the music flowing on my face, I like to smell the wind coming from the ocean. I like to look at the clouds in the sky with a blank mind, I like to do thought experiment when I cannot sleep in the middle of the night. I like flowers in spring, rain in summer, and i would love to see leaves in autumn, and snow in winter someday hehe. I like to sleep early, I like to get up late; I like to be alone (sometimes), I like to be surrounded by people. I like country’s peace, I like metropolis’ noise; I like the beautiful hundred islands in pangasinan, I like the ice cream float in a rainy day. I like delicious food, comfortable shoes, comfortable clothes and i like fashion; I like good book, listening to my favorite music like"love songs, RnB and pop", picture taking with friends and romantic movies. I like the land and the nature, I like people. And, I like to laugh. I always wanted to be a great in what I do. I believe I can do something, I just need extra confident of my work, Believes in me and my head up high my dream will always be alive. =) This is a brief introduction of myself. Do not expect too much, and keep your sense of humor.

You can provide a similar type of question unless it is the same person asking them. To answer this question, think of a person you respect and the trait they have that you really like. I used to have a manager that was very patient and explained things very carefully.

Information on Grammar pertaining to English Speaking In order to obtain English fluency for ESL students, studying grammar can slow your progress down significantly. Basic grammar is a necessity, but focusing on grammar will prevent you from being able to speak English fluently in a reasonable time frame. Grammar is most effective to improve communication and writing skills, but this only pertains to those who have a solid foundation in English fluency. One commonality among everyone in the whole world is that they learned to speak before they learned grammar. Speaking is the first step for any English learner. So if you are a novice at English, please focus on your speaking and listening skills prior to studying grammar. After being able to speak English fluently, you will realize how much easier grammar is. But it does not work the other way around. Being fluent in English speaking will help you with your grammar studies, but studying grammar will NOT help you with your speaking.

This also depends on the position. But in most cases, I believe someone who likes to take risks is a better candidate. If you choose to answer saying you are a risk taker, you should include why and how you take risks.

If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently? This depends on several factors. If your university major is different than your career choice, then you could answer that you would choose a different major to prepare you for your choice in career. Or if you started at a small company and didn't have many opportunities, you can say that you would have started at a larger company. This is not a significant question so a regular answer should suffice.
