Car comme tout le monde, je voudrais générer ce fameux 'revenu passif', quelque soit son montant, même si ce n'est que quelques dizaines d'euros par mois. Alors bien sûr, si vous voulez jouer à la bourse, acheter des titres ou encore investir en immobilier il vaut mieux consulter votre conseiller bancaire ainsi que faire des recherches sur le sujet. Mais moi personnellement je voudrais investir dans la haute joaillerie et les métaux précieux comme l'argent et l'or, par exemple. C'est amusant pour une femme et c'est une stratégie sûre sans risque de perte.

À mon avis, il faudrait tout d'abord analyser les buts pour lequels les gouvernements se battent afin de faire “évoluer” la société à une qui satisfait ses idéaux, et investir dans ces buts. Pour moi, l’exemple parfait dans ce contexte est tout ce qui concerne les traitements de transition de genere. Votre biologie n’est pas importante si vous croyez que vous êtes le contraire de ce que vous êtes vraiment. Il y a pleins de “genres” aujourd’hui et dans les écoles on commence à enseinger tout ça aux gamins. En Espaigne, depuis l'an dernier, les adolescents peuvent recevoir les trataiments de transition de genre à partir de l'âge de 16 ans sans le consentement de leurs parents. Vous ne pouvez pas fumer ni boire d'alcool si vous avez moins de 18 ans mais vous pouvez “changer” votre genere. On constate clairement un soutien du governement sur ce sujet, et on voit aussi des résultats positifs. Dans différents pays du monde, on voit qu’il y a une énorme croissance de demandes pour faire la transition de genre. Dans certaines régions d’Espagne, on voit qu’il y a une croissance de plus de 5 000 % de demandes pour ces traitements au fil des dernières années.

Je suis de l’avis qu’il y a une grande opportunité pour faire des investissements dans les entreprises qui fabriquent toutes les ormones nécessaires pour les trataiments mentionnés. Selons les statistiques, seulement 2% des gens qui commencent à consommer ces médicamentes les abandonnent, c’est-a-dire que 98% des gens qui les reçoivent finalisent les trataiements. Si les gouvernements soutiennent ces initiatives, si les moyens de communication ridiculisent celui de l'avis contraire, et si on constate statistiquement que tout cela entraîne un résultat optimal, dans mon opinion, je considère qu'investir dans ce sectour aura été un bon choix au bout de quelques années. The best investment strategy is to think long-term, I have been investing for a long time in different things, but in the end the strategy that has worked best for me has been very long-term thinking, when I made short-term investments, the truth always turned out be a constant lottery.

If you have some money, invest in yourself. Saving a small amount of money will not change your financial situation. Buy useful and wise books. Self develop helps people became more valuable on the labor market and get well paid job.

I think that thanks to this we would be able to find a better job, furthermore we would earn more money.  Regarding money my thought is invest in real estate.
